Privacy
Space Typing Adventure is a free typing game for kids. We built it so children can play without sharing anything about themselves.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, logins or sign-ups.
- No names, email addresses, photos, voice or location.
- No chat, messages or user-posted content.
- No ads and no advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't store IP addresses or browser details with game stats.
What we do collect
- Anonymous gameplay events, such as "level started", "level finished", stars, accuracy, words per minute, the speed and length settings, and whether the device is a phone or computer. We use them to make the levels better.
- These events are tied to a random ID that the game creates and keeps in the browser's local storage. The ID isn't linked to a person and can't identify one. Clearing the browser's site data resets it.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views (for example, which pages were visited and the country). It doesn't use cookies, and Vercel says it doesn't identify individual visitors.
Saved progress
Unlocked levels, stars, speeds and settings are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. They aren't sent to us as personal data.
Children (COPPA)
The game is made for children ages 5–11. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and the game has no way to enter any. Parents can clear all saved game data at any time by clearing the site data for spacetyping.xyz in their browser.
Sharing
We don't sell or share data. The anonymous stats are stored privately with our hosting provider (Vercel) and are only used to improve the game.
